Get critical equipment back into service
We find what failed, explain what the repair calls for, and get the equipment back to the work it needs to do
A commercial kitchen can depend on refrigerators, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles, dishmachines, ice makers, beverage systems, and prep equipment all at once. When several types of equipment need service over time, managing a separate company for each one creates more work for the people already running the operation.
Commercial Appliance Services brings those needs together, with repair and maintenance across refrigeration, cooking equipment, warewashing, ice and beverage systems, and food-prep equipment. One place to start, whether the problem is a reach-in cooler losing temperature, an oven no longer holding heat, or a dishmachine falling behind during service.

Whether a unit has stopped, needs attention before the next breakdown, or is being replaced altogether, the job is the same: keep equipment from becoming the reason the operation slows down.
We find what failed, explain what the repair calls for, and get the equipment back to the work it needs to do
Maintenance is shaped around the equipment, its workload, operating conditions, and service history, helping reduce avoidable failures and keep high-use units performing consistently.
Placement, connections, clearances, startup, and testing all matter. We help make sure new or replacement equipment is properly set up and ready for operation from day one.
From refrigeration and cooking equipment to warewashing, ice, beverage, and food-prep systems, Commercial Appliance Services can handle more of the service needs that come up across a working commercial kitchen.
A failed unit can disrupt the work around it. The diagram shows how problems in cold storage, cooking, or warewashing affect the rest of the kitchen.
We repair the failed unit so the kitchen can return to its normal capacity, timing, and flow.
A commercial kitchen depends on far more than one type of equipment, and service gets unnecessarily complicated when every refrigerator, fryer, dishmachine, or ice maker sends you looking for a different company. Commercial Appliance Services works across the equipment that keeps food stored safely, prep moving, the line producing, and cleanup keeping pace.

Keep cold storage and refrigerated prep performing throughout the day
Our commercial refrigeration service covers self-contained, factory-sealed refrigeration and cooling equipment with a refrigerant charge of 5 lbs or less — for example, commercial reach-in and under-counter refrigerators/freezers, ice machines, and beverage/vending coolers — serviced in accordance with EPA Section 608 (Type I) requirements. We do not perform refrigerant-circuit service on walk-in coolers/freezers, remote or rack refrigeration systems, or other equipment outside this scope. Ask us before booking if you're not sure whether your equipment qualifies.
Support the heat, capacity, and consistency the kitchen needs during service
Keep clean ware coming back as quickly as the operation needs it
Maintain the equipment behind ice production, drinks, coffee, and water quality
Keep the equipment behind daily prep ready for the workload ahead
Whether one unit is down or several equipment categories need ongoing service, you can start with the same provider and keep more of the work under one roof.
Commercial refrigeration has to hold steady through constant use, changing product loads, frequent door openings, and long operating hours. When performance starts to slip, Commercial Appliance Services diagnoses the refrigeration system as a whole and restores the cooling your inventory, prep, and service depend on.
The focus is straightforward: reliable temperature, safe product storage, and less downtime for the operation.
Request refrigeration service →Commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and griddles are expected to perform repeatedly through the busiest parts of the day. When heat becomes inconsistent, recovery slows, or controls stop responding properly, production capacity starts to suffer.
We diagnose the systems behind heat, ignition, temperature control, and power, then repair the equipment to bring consistent performance back to the kitchen.
Request cooking equipment service →A commercial dishmachine has to deliver the same result cycle after cycle. When wash quality drops, rinse temperatures fall short, drainage slows, or throughput begins to suffer, Commercial Appliance Services traces the problem through the complete wash system.
The goal is to restore reliable cleaning performance and keep ware moving at the pace your operation requires.
Request warewashing service →Ice and beverage equipment often sit quietly in the background while the rest of the operation depends on them all day.
Production, water quality, filtration, temperature, flow, sensing, and controls all shape the final result. We service commercial ice machines, beverage equipment, coffee systems, dispensers, and water filtration with the same focus on reliable day-to-day performance.
Because the best support equipment is the equipment nobody has to stop and think about.
Maintenance is planned around the equipment your operation actually uses.
Checks reflect each unit's type, workload, conditions, and service history. They can catch small changes early, help equipment stay productive longer, and reduce avoidable downtime.
Help assets stay productive longer
Reduce unplanned interruptions
Keep systems operating closer to intended performance
Catch refrigeration and sanitation concerns earlier
Identify conditions that can create unnecessary risk
See which assets deserve maintenance and which are approaching replacement
From a single equipment replacement to a remodel or larger installation, Commercial Appliance Services can handle the setup needed to bring new equipment into operation.
We coordinate the practical details around placement, utility connections, ventilation, drainage, clearances, leveling, startup and testing, with removal of the old unit when required. The result is a cleaner handoff from installation to everyday use, without leaving the operator to piece together the final steps.
Installation & plumbing notice: We install and connect equipment to your existing gas, electrical, and water lines. We do not perform new gas-line, electrical-circuit, or plumbing installation work — that requires a separate license we do not hold. For water-treatment systems, water softeners, or new supply-line work, we recommend a licensed plumber.

At some point, another repair may stop being the best use of the budget. If a unit is aging, breaking down more often, becoming harder to source parts for, or costing the operation too much in downtime, replacement may offer better value than continuing to put money into it.
When that happens, choosing the next piece of equipment comes down to more than dimensions and price. It has to suit the workload, available utilities, production needs, workflow, and the way the operation is expected to grow. Commercial Appliance Services can help you weigh those factors and decide whether it makes more sense to repair what you have or move on to a better fit.

When you request service, the most useful information is practical. That information gives the service team a better starting point and helps the technician arrive prepared for the equipment in front of them.
Our technician identifies the source of the problem and determines what the equipment needs
If additional work is uncovered, it should be discussed before it becomes an unexpected cost. Clear process. No unnecessary surprises.
Every service call adds to the picture. Over time, history shows which units are becoming less reliable, where maintenance is making a difference, and when another repair may no longer be worth the cost.
If you choose to keep working with Commercial Appliance Services, that history stays connected across repairs, preventive maintenance, installation, and replacement. So when the next decision comes up, there is already context behind it instead of starting from scratch every time.
