Commercial Appliance Services is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any appliance manufacturer. Brand names on the Website are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the appliances we repair.
2. What the Website is
The Website gives information about our repair services. It is not a binding offer and not a booking.
- The request form sends us a request. A repair visit is arranged only when we confirm it with you by phone.
- Prices, fees and scheduling are discussed by phone. The Website does not list fixed prices or guaranteed arrival times.
- Service is not available in every location, and we may be unable to accept a request.
- By sending a request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
3. Repair services and warranty
Repairs are carried out by our technicians at your location. Our work may come with a limited warranty on labor and parts of up to 6 months, and up to 12 months for Sub-Zero appliances. Our team explains the warranty that applies to your repair when you book. Nothing on the Website promises a particular result, price or timing, and nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law.
4. Safety
Information on the Website is general. Appliances use electricity, gas and refrigerant and can be dangerous to repair. Follow the manufacturer's manual and safety warnings, and if you are unsure, call a qualified technician instead of attempting the repair yourself. The Website is not an emergency service: if you smell gas or see smoke or fire, leave the area and call 911 and your gas utility.

You may use the Website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to give accurate information in the request form, and not to:
